An applicant can appeal the Psychotherapy Profession Board’s decision if:

(a) the  issuance  of  the  warrant  certificate  to practice the profession of a psychotherapist is refused;

and/or

(b) in  relation  to  the  equivalence  and  recognition  of qualifications in the psychotherapy profession.

An appeal against the decision of the Psychotherapy Profession Board, shall be filed within a peremptory period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of such decision, by means of a written request for appeal filed with the Secretary of the Appeals Committee of the Psychotherapy Profession and sent to:
